Please fill out form below with all the details of your donation, including any restrictions. If you are donating more than one item, please complete an individual form for each item. Please let us know if there will be a physical item for the auction or non-physical (a gift certificate will be made). Please email admin@thefbsm.org for any other notes/images that cannot be added to this form.

-famous Seattle attractions (Space Needle, Ferris Wheel, Columbia Tower Tour, etc.)

-music/art experiences (Seattle Opera tickets, Pacific NW Ballet tickets, SAM tickets, etc.)

-travel (cruise tickets, hotel stays, airline tickets, timeshare stays, Airbnb stays, etc.)

-sports tickets (Seahawks, OL Reign, Kraken, Sounders, Storm, etc.)
